Nyårslöften?

Bestämde ni er för några nyårslöften vid årsskiftet?

I år har jag faktiskt inga nyårslöften. Brukar alltid ha det annars, men på senare tid har jag känt att det varit överflödigt, för bara för att jag bestämmer ett nyårslöfte blir jag inte mer triggad till att de ska bli av.

Vad tycker ni om nyårslöften? Är det bara hittepå eller gör det er faktiskt motiverade?
